AIST>Network Database System for Thermophysical Property Data

Network Database System for Thermophysical Property Data is developed and run by AIST, and is available for free. Thermophysical properties data (ex. Thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, heat capacity, density, surface tension and vapor pressure) for liquid, solid and melts are stored in this database.

Thermophysical property data of Vanadium (Thermal conductivity, Enthalpy, Entropy, Specific heat capacity)

1. Vanadium Representative :Enthalpy, Entropy, Specific heat capacity
2. Vanadium Poly Crystal :
- Reccomended data of Thermal conductivity develoepd by C.Y.Ho
- Linear thermal expansion data measured by using Laser Interferometric Dilatometer of NMIJ. Temperature ranges from 660K to 1700K. (The data is provided by Dr. Hiromichi Watanabe.)
3. Vanadium Structure Unknown :
- Electrical resistivity, Hemispherical total emissivity and specific heat capacity derived from Electrical pulse heating method. Temperature ranges from 1500K to 2100K.

Thermophysical property data of Molten Vanadium (Density, Enthalpy, Entropy, Specific heat capacity, Surface Tension and Viscosity)

1. Molten Vanadium :Enthalpy, Entropy, Specific heat capacity

1.1.Molten Vanadium(99.7wt%) :
-Density(1850K-2250K), Surface Tension(2023K-2517K) and Viscosity(2023K-2517K) are measured by Electric Static Levitation method. (Data provied from Prof. T. Ishikawa, JAXA)
