Network Database System for Thermophysical Property Data is developed and run by AIST, and is available for free. Thermophysical properties data (ex. Thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, heat capacity, density, surface tension and vapor pressure) for liquid, solid and melts are stored in this database.

More than 11,800 property data (including mechanical and optical properties) for about 3,600 materials are available for free. Please access our database browsing system on the web, "TPDS-web" via links on the right panel of this page.
Newly released data 2018/05/02
119 data were newly released on 2, May. 2018. Users can browse these data on the TPDS-web for free with out any registration. Electrical resistivity, carrier density, and hall mobility of polycrystalline ZnO thin film and polycrystalline Al-doped ZnO (AZO) thin film were released. For Alminum Nitride (AlN), density, thermal conductivity, specific heat capasity, and thermal diffusivity were opened. Electrical resistivities of VO2 and V2O3 bulk materials were newly available.
Short notes related to the new released data:
polycrystalline Al-doped Zinc oxide(ZnO) thin film and polycrystalline ZnO thin film
AZO has various excellent characters. Trancemittance in the visible light range is 80% or more, and the electrical conductivity is high. Zn element of AZO has no toxic and no concerns for the depletion of resource.
Electrical resistivity, carrier density, and mobility of polycrystalline Al-doped ZnO thin films are available.

Vanadium Oxide
Vanadium diOxide (VO2) has a phase transition (from insulator to metal) tempearture of 341 K. While, V2O3 has the insulator to metal phase transition temperature of 150-160 K. Electrical resistivities of VO2 and V2O3 along with c-axis and perpendicular to c-axis are opened.
Alminum nitride
Alminum nitride is an insulator material with high thermal conductivity. Density, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, and thermal diffusivity data are opened on the TPDS-web..
